• Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gold and gemstone market rates.
• The price displayed at checkout is considered final.
• We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet Payments.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Making charges, wastage charges, GST, and other applicable charges may vary depending on product design, craftsmanship, and prevailing market conditions.

• Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order or before dispatch.
• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production begins.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location.
• All products are shipped in secure and tamper-proof packaging.
• Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, festivals, or external circumstances are beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Returns are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
• Products must be returned with original packaging, invoice, certificates, and tags.
• Customized or personalized jewellery cannot be returned.

• Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval.
• Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days.
• Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to product availability and inspection approval. Exchange requests must be submitted within the applicable return period.
